Great service. Called in the morning and Bob the owner answered right away after trying about 3 other places with no luck. Brought my car in for oil change with free (?) point car inspection. Sorry I'm a girl and forget the actual number. They offered me a free ride to my house so I didn't have to wait there! A bonus! Anyhow, I came back a few hours later and met Bob who went over the details of the service and inspection. They saw that I greatly needed brake pads and rotors changed hence the screeching noise when reversing. Yikes. I opted to wait on that. Time came to pay the bill and he automatically gave me $10 discount. Left very happy! I came a week later for the brakes. Just dropped it off and took a complimentary ride home. After a few hours I called in to check on the car since it took longer than expected. They mentioned the brakes either didn't fit right or something and had to go get another elsewhere which added to wait time. I wasn't too concerned since I was at home and took the day off from work. Came back to pick up the car at the close of business. The total was a little higher than expected and quoted initially but I didn't question since i felt the service was great, honest and trustworthy. Yes I could have shopped around and driven further to Garden Grove for cheaper but lower quality service. I personally would rather pay more for convenience and better service. All the staff were polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
