Sean attempted to diagnose our AC problem and remedy our issue. He tried to get us up and running on one of the hottest days of the year. Unfortunately our 20 year old AC condenser couldn't be revived! Sean talked us through solutions for a new unit (which we did order). His caring manner and sincerity speak highly for this technician.
