I had called the local number in Richland hills for a quote on having a complete top installed.left 1st message and waited 24 hours with no response . Then I tried again with no answer I left him a second message , several hours later was sent a text saying he was to busy to return calls , but instructed me to put in text what I needed and he would go from there. I was looking for someone to do a several thousand dollar job and didn't feel good about dealing with nothing more than a text message , when I told him I was not happy with his business practices and would put a review about his customer service he showed no concern and only said "it's all good , so I found someone that did want my business and took the time to answer my questions ,
