Just had our semi-annual service call conducted and the service was top notch! Mark our service tech for today, called me before arriving making sure to coordinate my busy work schedule with his arrival. Mark showed up right on time, was very professional and courteous. Our air handler is located in a small crawl space beneath our house and Mark didn't hesitate to get down and dirty to get to the system and conduct his work. Mark took extra time during the entire service call to explain what he was doing making me feel at ease and comfortable knowing that a true professional was at work inside my house. I have been very happy with Unique since my original install over 2 years ago, and will continue to be a loyal and happy customer. I will always continue to recommend Unique and especially Mark to all of my friends!
