I went to the Cat & Dog Hospital of Columbia after my older dog got into a fight with my family's new puppy. He was very nervous and scared, and the vet took great care of him. As well as giving me tips on how to avoid another situation between the two dogs. And on top of the already awesome customer service I got from everyone she only charged me for the check-up and medicine. Where as Banfield of Columbia Petsmart charges you for every thing they can think to charge you for. The Ladies in the office are some of the most patient and kind people that I have ever come into contact with. After the incident with my dogs I called the office for what I'm sure seemed like every hour. They always answered my questions and treated me with the utmost respect. I have been there several times with my dogs and have never waited more then 15 min to see the vet. And that has been on some of there busiest days. They have always answerd and responded to any problems I might be having at the time no ma
