Caution with Partners In Care: please research their horrible business standards, if your already stuck into their greedy grasp please carefully read your contract and keep a watchful eye when dealing with this company, they are extremely deceitful within their charges. Pre- Planned and scheduled bills will often require countless phone calls and emails to simply prompt follow thru, reminders to activate follow thru in which they have Already committed to do basically to Do their Job will then accrue further charges to your vulnerable family member money and often late fee's and or penalties. They will ALWAYS have excuses for their neglect in following thru with their commitments, don't "buy" the hype: Make them reimburse your vulnerable family members trust- they are ruthless and will wear you down, I did obtain two reimbursements within the many years of attempting to work things out with them.
They also snail mail in mass standardized letters in group setting issues to their clients to drum up extra money and then of course charges each client for the junk mail mass re-copied letters to be written and mailed, by following up with these via email and/or phone calls regarding such mass mailings will again-place more multiple charges for them to deduct as well, these can be related to winterizing your home to offering up "their" OT/PT for a home visit and of course again Adding multiple expenses and charges.
