BUYER BEWARE!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would for certain. This has to be the worst restaurant in the history of fast food restaurants. they do not even make an honest attempt to provide superb service or quality at any level. The owner, store management, and staff have no idea what it means to strive for excellence. Either the staff is filthy, the service sucks, delivery time is a joke, or the excuses are endless, and it is an abomination. The only way this location will improve is if the executive team at the corporate level intervenes!!!
This store and the other Dominos in town are owned by an ineffective owner named Greg Neichter. Brian is the uninterested district manager, and Neil is the general manager that lacks people skills. if you have a legitimate concern, and it has not been handled by the store, google the executive team at domino's pizza. it will bring up all of their names from the president to the vice-president's, etc. the email format to reach them is first name(dot)last name@dominos.com example john.doe@dominos.com this will go directly to the recipient. do not limit yourself to just the customer service line they tell you to call. you are a paying consumer, and you have the right to be heard by someone that can make a difference.
