nothing bad to say regarding the visit. The primary concern is that I was not given an exceptable alternative. My upstairs unit was leaking from the condensation. The unit is cooling just fine and apparently the unit has been leaking for years because the secondary pan was rusted through and leaking on the cealing. A subsequent estimate resulted. They told me what I already knew about the unit (just like everybody else did) but they also said we can replace the secondary pan (for 4 times less money). I took that deal... the unit is working fine. I realize the unit is old and will need to be replaced soon, I expect to replace it next year... who would you call to replace the unit?
