Review content:
I've had several good mailing experiences at the UPS Store. I usually just go to the good ol' US Post Office (often cheaper) but when I need personal attention, the UPS store is the place for me. On multiple occasions I've gotten help from the staff in getting stuff out of my car, which was particularly useful when trying to mail stuff out while toting around a baby.
They have copy machines and if you're just doing a little copying, it's a fine place but if you need to have anything CUT, don't go there (at least not this particular location). I did my holiday cards there and had copied three to a page and had them do the copying and cutting for me. I should’ve been suspicious when they said that the cutting was free. They never mentioned that they only had one of those old-fashioned cutters-- the kind where the paper shifts all around and the edges come out rough when they bring the handle down to make the cut. I ended up trimming 2/3 of the cards but had to take back about 1/3 for them to re-copy (I just cut those ones myself!) The ones I brought back were so messed up that part of the text or picture on my cards were cut-off (tells me that they hadn’t checked their work that carefully) but I will say that they re-copied those ones for free, so no complaints there!
