I wanted to express my gratitude for the exemplary efforts of Mr Leo Perez. I travel extensively, and though there are times when it can be a miserable experience, I would not hesitate to return to this property again and again. Mr Perez took it upon himself to graciously welcome me when I was taking a self tour of the property around four in the afternoon, and insisted that I return for the happy hour reception sponsored by your hotel. At that reception, his demeanor was that of a family member welcoming me into his home, and that is exactly how I felt.Leo Perez is a credit to your hotel, and one of the main reasons I would not hesitate to recommend your hotel to all of my friends back home in New York.Sincerely,Connie Watkins
