I would not recommend anyone to use Carol Harris State Farm Agent. She has no regard for her policy holders. After she pulled a BAIT & Switch on me. I asked her staff member to have her call me directly when she returned to the office due to the fact that they said she was out sick that day. She never returned my call.
When I went in to her office to get a quote. I provided them with a copy of my current policy to make sure I would receive the same coverage. I also advised them of all claims I had in the past 5 years. I left the office and got call back agent provide me with a lower quote than what I was paying with my other carrier supposable the same coverage witch I found out later was also another lie. Low in behold when the auto draft came out of my checking account. it was not what the amount I was told. It was more. So I called her office. The staff member would not let me speak and kept speaking over me. And that is when I asked to speak with Carol Harris her self.
She never returned my Call.
Now 6 months later it is time for renewal and the rate went up again. I had not had any claims in the time so did not understand why my rate would go up. Finally 6 months later I was able to speak with Carol Harris. She had now reason and could not explain why the increase. I would not recommend using Carol Harris as you Agent.
