I'm an older single woman who's lived here just over 5 months and am very pleased with my apt. and the complex. The apt. is in very clean, very good condition with appliances that work well. Floor plan allows for a variety of ways to arrange furniture. Has good amount of storage space including 2 shelves in hot water heater closet and lots of electrical outlets. Buildings/grounds are well-maintained and pool is very clean. Complex/neighborhood is quiet, feels very safe and is close to bus lines. Next door to library open 7 days/wk. Convenient that can pay rent online. Mgmt. is friendly/helpful and very good at addressing concerns quickly, seem genuinely concerned tenants are happy. Have met several tenants who've lived here many years who state are glad to live here/in this neighborhood.
