I was new to Castro Valley and I had a 16 1/2 year old poodle that was dying. I went to Redwood Animal Hospital under difficult circumstances. I had called them to find out about putting my dog to sleep and they set up an appointment for me. When I took my dog in they escorted me to a room so that I was not out in the public during my time of grief. During the whole process they walked me through what would happen step by step. The vet that saw my baby was very loving and caring. She even followed up with a card afterwards. When I get another dog I will take her to Redwood Animal Hospital and I will recommend them to everyone.
