First... there is no way Dr. Wooley would call anyone a 'wuss'. I have been going there for 10 yrs for both my cats and dogs and have found them to be nothing but caring. I have never been pressed to purchase any products. When my cat was attacked by the neighbors dog - they didn't charge me until I had the funds from my neighbor. When my dog was sick and I had to leave town suddenly for a family emergency - they didn't charge me to keep the dog over night until my neighbor could pick him up. They know my animals, care about my animals. When I first brought Bingo in.. he did NOT like them - they had me go back with him for blood samples so he would be more comfortable. I can not believe that anyone at that Vet would ever be anything but caring (Dr. Wooley can be gruff... but she is VERY caring. Dr B. is wonderful - and as concerned about animal obesity as my doctor is about my own weight gain, Dr. Chen - is really kind and nice).
