They tell you and even put in writing that they have a lifetime warranty on their products/material and five year on workmanship, but when something goes wrong they do not stand behind their work or products. I had 4 fence posts crack in less than 5 years and when I called them to come fix it they made every excuse in the book on why they could not honor the warranty. They told me if I wanted it repaired they would have to charge me $750. I even took out a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they did not even respond to it. Do yourself a favor and do not use Division Deck and Fence. If I could give them zero stars I would.
