Review content:
Central air went out on Friday, june 11. Had a tech come out and say the central air was done, being 18 years old... Furnace was 21 years old and on its last legs.. Decided it was time.. Had them send out Don Manske to give us a quote on a price for both furnace and central air. He came out that same day, had us get qualified for making payments, and had made arrangements to have all installed on that following Monday. Monday 2 technicians were here bright and early with a new furnace and central air ( free upgrade on furnace because the one he ordered for us was not in stock). All was done by 4 pm that afternoon. Also, they took care of getting my rebates from Consumers Energy, and the next day the rebate from DTE.. Was so happy to have air again during this heat wave, and also now no worries about furnace problems or central air problems for a long time...
