EPS does a great job of taking care of their customers and paying attention to details. I appreciate that their technicians all immediately put booties on when entering my home. They clean up after themselves (a big plus for this busy mom!) and come quickly if it's an emergency. They are also able to handle a regularly scheduled maintenance or repair job. John is a great plumber and takes his time to inspect his work to make sure nothing will go wrong once he leaves. I have found scheduling to be a breeze and the office staff follows up to make sure I am satisfied. This is why I give EPS 5 stars.
