Review content:
This past weekend our AC went out and JP arrived on Sunday to help us. He was very helpful and provided great customer service. Unfortunately, our unit needed a special part that he had to pick up on Monday, he scheduled to come back at 11 am, but he was even a little earlier and fixed the problem as quickly as possible. We are so grateful to him - the house was back to being cool again. We would highly recommend JP - he is very knowledgeable and courteous. We will continue to be Bronze customers - Thanks JP!
