I brought my '95 Taurus in to these guys because it wouldn't shift into Park and I feared I had a busted parking gear or something worse in the transmission. I rolled in on a day they were really busy and they informed me it might be something really minor and made me an appointment to come back later that day to have it looked at. I came back at the time they set for me and 10 mins after he looked at it they informed me it was a bracket that had come loose and just needed to be reinstalled. A common problem on older Ford's he said. They fixed it, only charged me $20 and I was on my way! The car now shifts better than when I got it used. \r

They could have jacked up the bill and said it was something really serious like the linkage but they didn't. They were honest and a bunch of standup guys. I'm a customer for life now!
