Review content:
I came to Marble Design hoping to re-do the floors in our bathrooms and kitchen, but instead, we were left with many stressful situations, many phone calls, an expensive bill, and a lot of yelling over the phone. We set up an appointment for them to come over and work on our bathrooms, but soon this date passed and they called AFTER the appointed date to say "They won't be able to come in after all." We reschedualed and they ended up coming a day earlier then they said over the phone! Well, when they started working on our bathroom, they put the wrong tiles in the wrong bathroom and ended up charging us extra for this mishap. Overall, the service was terrible and we ended up with a big headache and bill!
PROS: The marble they were able to install was well-made
CONS: Horrible Customer Service, Very Expensive
