Have been coming here for 8 years, with four cats over that time. Never once did anyone -- from reception to technician to vet -- fail to be courteous, gentle, kind and professional. [I came here after having weird interactions with Dr. Dendtler @ Sixth Avenue Animal Clinic; she made me uncomfortable to the point that I decided in spite of the ease of location I could not deal with her attitudes as well as the staff's unprofessional and lax way of communicating.] Animal Kind is worth the money.
