I have been going here for several years. They aren't the most convenient vet, but they are the best I've ever had. Dr. Onorati is my main vet. He's always willing to answer questions (I ask a lot!). He also does a thorough job. Dr. Conger has had to fill in for him sometimes and she is very good, but not as warm as Dr., Onorati. I've had a few kitties die while using them and they are very compassionate. Danielle is my favorite vet tech and she's very knowledgeable. They are very busy, but it's usually easy to get appointment, or you have the option or dropping them off for the day without a kennel charge. If you go in, be prepared to wait a little bit. Sometimes I call in and I can be on hold for a while; so calling in the morning is best. The "inconveniences" are worth the service. I tease that I ought to get a discount with all the money I've spent there ;-) They are a bit on the high side. They will also do all the can before sending you off to a specialist.
