We purchased 2 Carrier ductless A/C units for our home. Our experience with Edison Heating and Cooling was one we are highly satisfied with. Special kudos go to Karl Grebe, their salesman who demonstrated exceptional customer-reassurance skills in handling the sale transaction. Their office personnel were very communicative throughout, giving us reassurance that Edison H/C was handling our overall transaction without any negligence or the need for "pulling teeth" on the part of the customer. Their service technicians were punctual, very courteous and, for the most part, performed a clean and careful installation of all equipment. Based on this overall experience, I would highly recommend Edison Heating and Cooling as a value-adding retailer for A/C installations and service.
