When Jens came out to check the furnace for our regular check up I was very impressed with his dedication to doing a great job. He found cracks around the part where the carbon monoxide goes out of the system, these cracks were more than likely letting some of the carbon monoxide gasses into the house, we're very grateful to him for checking so good, finding this problem most likely saved my Dad and I's lives! :-). He discussed out options in detail with us and it turned out that the part that needed fixing is obsolete by the manufacturer, it's a really old furnaceThe young man who came to check out our furnace was so thorough and helpful. He found cracks that would be allowing carbon monoxide to enter the house instead of being emitted properly. He discussed with us our options in detail about what could be done, we decided to replace the furnace to be safe in our home. I'm very happy that he did such a great job, I'd hate to think what could have happened had he not done such a wonderful job for us by finding such a dangerous problem. Thank you Jens for doing a great job and probably saving our lives. I recommend him to all! Turned out that the furnace is so old that there's no replacement part to fix it. So he scheduled us with the man that checks out and quotes for a new furnace. We are very pleased with ESCO and highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of furnace, Air conditioning and they also do plumbing and electrical as well I believe. Thank you Hans for the great job and the care you took for our safety. ESCO you are awesome, they gave us as many discounts as possible too. Thank you again you have a customer for life!! :-)
