Review content:
We had one associate come out to look at our HVAC and ended up signing up for the service plan due to his recommendation for the unit to be cleaned, serviced etc. We make the appointment, new associate comes out who basically does, well, nothing. Literally. If it's to be cleaned, it's extra, if we need this, extra, that, extra, etc. So to sum it up, the "servicing" is useless, does nothing, and is a complete waste of money. Oh yeah, and after the associate left our AC's fuse on the main board was magically blown out.
