I don't know where to start, budget did work on my Mercedes which they initially stated that they specialized in. First the price for the rebuilt transmission went from $2800.00 to $4100.00, they kept my vehicle for over two months, and was VERY dishonest with the information that the communicated with me about my vehicle. I had to return the vehicle to budget for the same issues that they repaired under their warranty, I am supposed to be covered, but no they are trying to charge us all over again to do actual repairs to the transmission..It has been two weeks and they still have my vehicle..No one wants to talk and whenever they do finally come on the phone they are very rude, argumentative, and criticizing that the vehicle is old.. I am a mother of four children who depend on that vehicle to get them back and forth to school, doctor'sappointments, grocery store shopping, any emergencies that may come up because my children are as young as two, I have explained to Budget the importance of my vehicle being up and running, as I also need it to get to work, and school. Just like before these people could care less who they step on..It has already been two weeks and the vehicle is still sitting at budget, while they blame us for work that they did not honor..WORST NIGHTMARE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE!!
