Just a little back ground on my story. I live in a condo with five attaching units. I drilled into the main water pipe not only for my house but all five condo units on a Sunday. Quick and easy fix with a coupling right...nope not when the pipe used was 2 inch CPVC pipe and no box home improvement store in San Diego carries it or parts for it. After speaking with every major plumber in San Diego and them reffering me to other companies, one guy told me to call ARS. Of course the last company I called was ARS. I wish it was the first call I made. They were fast in responding. They work 24 hours seven days a week. They not only come out and give free estimates with no overtime rates or travel time. They were there not only to save my day but also my neighbors day to provide use water with a temporary fix until the plumming supply centers opened up on Monday. Matt the service tech is a top notch proffessional working for a top notch company. After multiple trips to there warehouse and box stores provided us with water until he could permenently fix it on Monday. First thing Monday morning, Matt being true to his word arrived before the time he stated to me the previews day and fixed my leaking pipe. For a job done right call ARS.
To make a long story short, Matt the tech from ARS did not stop working to provide us with water and temp fix until he he could get the parts the next day. He was dead set on providing us with some comfort. Matt really cares and is great at his job. Matt, I cannot thank you and your company (ARS) enough. If I every need or know anyone in need of a plummer, with out a doubt ARS is the one I will turn to and recommend for anything. Thank you again.
