Jesus G. is without doubt the BEST heating and air technician that the Company has ever sent out to service my heating and air conditioning systems. He is knowledgeable and can answer ALL questions, as well as offer explanations that don't require the customer to return to school or take a class in order to understand what he is saying. He is thorough. He doesn't rush through things, leaving the customer with a half-done job. He takes care of business and informs the customer about what he is doing -- and why. This increases the customer's confidence in what he is recommending. Finally, Jesus is very personable, which is VERY important to me, personally. I've had my fill of sour and/or non-communicative technicians in this field, as well as in others. It's refreshing to do business with a technician who not only has excellent technical knowledge, but also good "people skills," as well.
Jesus is DEFINITELY a "keeper." He's an all-around outstanding technician.
