Hi Mike, I live in Santa Monica, CA. I'm renting and our garage door broke so I wanted to educate myself before the landlord's guy came out. Somehow I found your site and wow! So much amazing information and so intelligently presented. You're clearly a man of integrity and take pride in your work. Bravo! I even printed out a copy of the diagram of the garage door for the repair guy (who it turns out, did know what he was doing after all and didn't think the fault was ours). If ever I should move to your area (unlikely, although I understand it's lovely), I will be sure to call on you for any of our garage door needs! Thanks again,
