Its sad to see that a person will just take your money with no regard to helping your unwanted hair situation . That's what I experienced with this Studio. Not only did I end up paying to have my hair tweezed but I ended up with more hair than I started with!! Merle may seem nice but don't let that fool you. She's in it for the money and not in it to rid you of your unwanted hair. After going to her for almost a year I had absolutely no results (because she tweezed it and did not use her machine correctly) I started seeing a woman who in less than a month has reduced my hair to almost nothing, she is wonderful and honest and cares about her clients. Please I warn you don't waste your time or you money with Merle, there are a few great licensed Electrolysis in Syracuse and one woman has an office in Syracuse and Camillus and she's wonderful . Shame on you Merle!!!
