We have been customers of Dr Ouart's for more than twenty years and have found him to be an excellent vet who, with his staff, has gone beyond what was required for the care of the five dogs that we have brought to his office. He is an excellent diagnostician who will answer any questions that you may have in a caring, personable way laced with his dry humor. The entire pet hospital, from the front desk to the techs helping Dr Ouart, is run in a consummately professional manner while always showing a sense of sympathy for the cause of your visit. We have always been grateful for his work and will continue to recommend him unreservedly.
