5 star!!! They handled my entire 1bedroom apt like their own, polite and professional. Flat Rate is by the book and made my entire moving process simple & easy. I filled out a complete list of my belongings along with the pick up & drop off destination. Ian issued me a flat rate Quote with no hidden fee's and worked to accommodate the difficult time slot my condo was offering. Ian had the curtesy to reach out to me regarding concerns for traffic and not making it within the demanding time slot of my condo and offered to move me on a different day even after my contract was signed. Stay away from moving companies who dont ask you to fill out an inventory list and who charge by the Hour or add additional charges after a time slot has been exceeded.
