Review content:
William arrived on time. He was friendly, courteous and took time to put on booties to protect my hard wood floors. He checked the unit in the attic and gave me a thorough report of what he saw and what he did explaining that the air filter looked good and the unit was operating as expected. He then proceeded to the outside. He took the time to move the pine needles away and showed me what we needed to do to prevent them from causing problems. Excellent job!
