My clean out drain got clogged on a Friday night around 8:30. My husband was out of town and could not fix it. He called around at 7 am Saturday morning and Brandon's Plumbing could get here the fastest. They said they would be here between 9 and 11. At 9 am I got a phone call from Jason saying he would be here in thirty minutes. I also got a text with his picture saying he was on his way along with a link to track him. I tracked it at 9:30 and it said he was here and sure enough he was in my driveway. He was polite and very professional. He asked me what was the problem so I explained it to him and showed him where the clean out drain was. He then explained to me what he would do to fix it and how much it would cost. Then he got to work and was done in thirty minutes. He had me flush the toilets twice to insure the blockage was gone. He also ran the water hose with the water on to double check. Then he explained to me what he had done and assured me that it was all cleared out. The checkout was very fast and professional. He as here at 9:30 and leaving at 10. When you have to have a service person come out it you usually wait forever and then it seems it takes forever. Not the case with Jason he was here on time and took care of the problem professional and quickly. I know who I will call first the next time I have a plumbing issue.
