I just moved into my new home and yes had two home inspections. The AC did cool for about the first week and then no air. That's what you get for buying a home from an investor who cuts corners. Anyway, I started to look for a company that would give me an estimate. I was broke from closing cost etc. I read reviews on a few companies. What caught my attention was with the negative comments and how they were answered with the upmost professionalism. So I called and they came the next day gave me a few options and then worked with me regarding funding. They even offered window units to keep me cool until they returned. Great honest company I will recommend them to everyone and anyone.
