We recently went to Home Advisor looking for a reputable plumber in my area. Home Advisor suggested Tony Gideika Plumbing & Heating. He called and made an appointment for him to come out to fix 2 issues in my bathroom. He's guy came out, was late, took a 5hr job and turned it into a 7hr job and apparently left my sump pump unplugged. I came home yesterday after a full week of rain to 3 inches of a flooded basement. We called Tony and he has been finding every way to blame everyone in my house for unplugging the pump, hasn't made any attempts to see the damage, fix it or resolve anything. I decided to do research on the company and see not only does he have 1.5 stars on Google but also has a D rating on the BBB.
