Ive been using 4 Seasons for about six years now, starting with they were the only company willing to come out late on a saturday night when my family with two small children had no ac on a hot humid night in August.
It wasn't under a service contract either. So Ive mostly used them however over 13 years, Ive occasionally used other companies thinking the grass was greener ($$$$). Wrong. Ive always come back. The people are simply higher quality. I now always ask for Will for service/maintenance and Jim to help me change this or that in my systems/ductwork/airpurification etc, and Ive changed a lot as my little son has bad allergies. Anyway, the professionalism, punctuality and competence they have is exceptional. I'd be wary of their new autodialing system on the maintenance contract that now keeps your prepaid money and no maintenance service is done if you miss the call (only the machine calls)- don't like that. But that is an owner decision. The people there including the administrative assistants, service technicians and sales are all top notch.
