Everyone I dealt with was so professional and knowledgeable. From Lynda at the front office (who very patiently explained the procedures to me even after I had called maybe three times just to make sure I understood) to Kenny and Richard who came out to my house. I had birds nesting in my exhaust and both Kenny and Richard assisted with their removal. Kenny came for the first part and took his time in explaining exactly what he was doing and what would happen next. He was very polite and cleaned up after himself. After a couple of weeks to allow the birds leave, Richard came by to remove the birds nest and disinfect the area. I have to say that Richard was just the nicest and absolutely so thorough and concerned with me being happy with the service. I think this was money well spent and I would not hesitate to recommend Patriot Pest Solutions to others.
