This is going to be a long review but I just have had such a positive experience with them that I have so much to say. I don't usually take the time to review anything positively or negatively but the service that I received from David at Woodlawn Memorials made me feel compelled to do so. As anyone who is reading this can imagine that losing a loved one is one of the most difficult things we must endure in life. My experience has been no different. At 36 years old I find myself a widow and now the single mother of a two year old. When I first began the process of looking for my husbands memorial I was completely overwhelmed. I didn't do any research and just went with a place that was close to home. I was not happy with the service that I was receiving and didn't really know where to turn. After talking to some other folks at the cemetery, Woodlawn Memorials came very highly recommended. I couldn't understand why these two other families were pushing me so hard to make the switch? It wasn't as if they had any stake in the company. Needless to say that after working with David, it is absolutely no wonder!!! I first started by sending him the sketch that I had been working on with the "other company", much to my surprise his initial quote for the memorial was HALF THE PRICE. The monument that I was having designed was quite detailed and the "other company" quoted me over $6,500.00. David's quote came in at $3,200.00. This was just the start of a very pleasurable experience. I then took a ride over to Woodlawn's office in Everett, to sign the contract. I was met by two of the sweetest ladies you ever could meet. We shared stories of our kids and their grandchildren, I was shown sample monuments and I was even shown the work room where some of the stones actually get made. David could quite possibly be the most patient and empathetic person I have ever met.
