was assigned this company by my home warranty company, my air conditioner was not working and since I am in Las Vegas (with triple digit heat) she assigned it as a rush dispatch. After 4 hours of not hearing from the company I called to schedule the appointment for my air conditioner; I was on hold for ten minutes to just schedule the appointment I was given an appointment for this morning between 11-3 but since I told the receptionist that I had a previous appointment she assured me that I would get the first appointment at 11am. Fast forward to this morning a plumber not an ac technician showed up and when I called the company they said that they called me, which they had not, to reschedule for the ac technician because he could not make it. When I asked why she said she did not know but that they could send one out tomorrow again from 11-3pm. This is completely unacceptable, there was no apology or empathy, and before I was hung up on by their supervisor Stephanie she told me I could either accept the new time or call my home warranty to request a new company; this is the person that mentors your team members and this is the attitude that she has. I would Never use this company and highly recommend that you do not either.
