I was very pleased with my experience. David Pope showed up a few minutes early, and was very professional and pleasant to meet. He quickly identified the problem, and quoted my a price far less than I was anticipating. He stated the repair would last 1 and a half hours, and true to his word, he finished exactly on time, leaving the work site very clean. I am so pleased with his work that I signed up for the membership program, and will gladly recommend Mr Rooter to anybody.
