Cliff had come out to our home on an assessment about six weeks earlier. On that occasion he told us the problem, listed repair options, and made a considered recommendation for a waterline replacement. His invoice even included a cost estimate.
We secured the financing and called Cliff out to perform the work he'd suggested to us. He and Seth did a top-notch job. Despite the additional labor required by our proximity to Stone Mountain - there was a lot of granite under the surface - the guys ran the line so skillfully that a fine line of over-turned soil was the only immediately visible sign that the work had been done. And when the time came to pay up, the bill was the price Cliff had quoted on his earlier visit. And not a penny more.
We're extremely pleased with the quality of the the work and with the professionalism exhibited - we will hire Superior again and will heartily recommend them to friends in need of plumbing service.
