Review content:
The short story is that this doctor's receptionist hang up on me because she is obviously unable to resolve situations that are slightly problematic and takes personally normal questions like "is an x-rays necessary to get a cleaning done?". The doctor didn't come across as very thorough, professional or caring either. The long story: I was looking for a 2nd opinion with this dentist and took the opportunity to also book a cleaning. I scheduled an appointment, the doctor told me that for the 2nd opinion I had to call the old dentist and get them to send them the X-Rays, which I did. At that point I waited about 15 minutes for the cleaning to happen. The doctor saw me while walking in the corridor and said he was now treationg another patient and couldn't do my cleaning. Wasted one hour. I called a few days later to see if the x-rays had been sent, they hadn't. I asked the receptionist if she could call the other office to check - she said I had to do that. I challenged her on that saying that I had already wasted one hour the last time and maybe they could do me this favor to call the other office. She challenged the fact that it was their fault if they didn't do the cleaning, to which I responded asking: "is an x-rays necessary to get a cleaning done?". She refused to respond that question, said that I was rude and condescending. I asked her to please answer that question and she hang up on me. Great customer service!
