I was very impressed with the response time to my call to repair my water leak.
I had a pipe break in an unreachable location, there could not be a less accessible place for a pipe to break.
Mike and Justin arrived and assessed the situation and quote me a very reasonable price.
It soon became very apparent that reaching the broken pipe was not going to be easy. In fact it was "impossible"; well nothing deterred either of them.
It was comforting to watch and listen to them discuss ideas back and forth.
After a while I heard Mike say "there is only one man I know that would have a chance to fit into such a tight spot". He then got on the phone and "Murphy to the rescue". It was already the end of a long day for all three of them but they stuck with it and finished the job.
All three of them remained courteous, calm, respectful and professional throughout the time.
It was apparent that they each respected each others abilities and ideas and that the main thing was to repair my plumbing.
They made it sound like just another day on the job.
The price? Just as quoted!
I could not have been more pleased with the service and quality from these three men.
