The sales manager Tim, assured me that they have sold campers all over the country and the world. He said the sale of my new 5th wheel toy hauler would be flawless. It couldn't have been more from the truth. When Doug, the finance manager got involved, everything went sideways. Pat, one of the owners, said that he's worked with Doug for 30 years. That's amazing, considering all of the screw-ups and impropriety that Doug did, during the deal. Maybe if you go in and purchase from them in person, it will be better. But after reading numerous other reviews online, I highly doubt it. Tim promised that if anything went wrong, he would do whatever was necessary, to make things right. That just meant, making sure that their butt was covered. They didn't have the paperwork to me, when I signed off on it at the point and day of delivery. That should have been my first clue. But after they got the paperwork, back, it still took them well over a week to send me my copies. They never sent all of the papers to me, that I signed off on, either. You will get a much better deal, if you go to a used car guy, in a cheap polyester suit. Run from these people. All they do is lie lie lie, just to make their sale, then they leave you hanging out to dry. I never received all of my warranty papers, all of my equipment papers, or my instruction manuals. That doesn't even include the fact that they held onto the remotes for all of the electronic devices, and it took them over 2 weeks, to get those to me. I can't emphasize it enough. No matter how good the price and deal sounds. It will cost you far more in the long run.
