Our installers, Daniel and Michael, did an outstanding job! They were professional, but also friendly and personable. Their knowledge and expertise resulted in questions being readily answered and a job well done. They were efficient, managed their time well, and thoroughly cleaned up the work area.
One glitch was our surprise to hear we were responsible for having a ditch dug prior to the day of the project being done. That was never addressed in the contract or initial on-site visit with Greg. This resulted in an additional $450 to the total cost of the project, which we did not anticipate.
