Needed to replace an 80's toilet, and my landlords called Earl's, who I've used in the past & who always do great work. My technician Bryan Church showed up right when he said he would and gave us 3 options for different ways to go/prices. ... he was super nice to my landlord on the phone even though she was busy and in a rush. He got right to work (after making some very important small talk; if you can't easily communicate with your fellow man, what are you doing inviting them into your home?) and was SUPER fast, very professional, kind, courteous, and funny. He was very polite to my dog, and when my landlord showed up to pay him, he was once again very kind to her and her dog, and extremely respectful. There wasn't a speck of dirt left in our bathroom after he changed out the toilet, and he hauled the old one away lickety-split. We got to know each other for the hour or so he was here, which I really appreciated. It makes me feel better giving my business to someone who is happy to share a bit about their life & family, and make you feel like they care about you and the work they're doing. Overall I HIGHLY recommend Earl's as a company and Bryan as a plumber. Top Notch all the way.
