First time staying here...and let me just say that the two different girls I have met at the front desk from the moment I got here have been nothing but nice!....exceptional customer service...I asked one of the girls about whether there was reg milk for coffee and out the blue she said not to worry that she will go out and buy some...wow!...that was very sweet :) I've heard people tell me they are all out and have gotten the sorry's...but never that they would go out of their way like that for a customer :-) I told her not to go out of her way and to forget it...but I am very...very pleased with the candlewood.....to be honest...I have been a priority rewards member and have ALWAYS been treated better at the candlewood suites than any holiday Inn....and I travel quite often and am always staying at hotels with my dogs and kids!.....I have to give it 5 stars...the customer service has made my stay very very pleasant =)
