Since the previous director left this place has gone downhill tremendously.
The staff that have been there a long time feel entitled so they walk around saying and doing as they please. I've heard them say rude things about the parents on multiple occasions and even over heard them talking about me when they thought I had left. Saying that I say "the weirdest shit" despite the fact that the teacher saying that is someone I was not even having a conversation with.
The new director is new to running a daycare and it is very apparent the staff do not respect him. Teachers are allowed to yell at the children and call them names.
The particular incident I witnessed (and reported) the child was called "little brat" and although there was another teacher within listening distance she turned a blind eye to it.
Save yourself the trouble and do not choose this childcare facility especially if you have an 18 month old - 3 year old. I've personally seen and heard the verbally abusive teacher in both classrooms.
