When your computer goes down, work stops and you make no money. Every hour you're down is critical. I've used Strike Twice several times to address some hardware failures on my laptops. They fix the problems and have me on my way within a few hours, not days or weeks like some other shops.
Not only do they fix problems but they offer affordable solutions. Yesterday I had a laptop that had a failing hard drive and some other problems with program updates that would freeze my laptop for hours. Keith tried a conservative fix first and when that didn't solve the problem and further diagnosis and fixes would exceed the value of the machine, he offered me a cost effective long-term solution of a used, but very well maintained and serviced gaming laptop that easily handled my cad software. In addition to that the processing of all my other apps was lightning fast. I saved hundreds over a new business laptop thanks to Strike Twice Computers
The best part of the story was I only had a couple hours of downtime as Keith transferred my data and set up the laptop on the spot. I appreciate it when someone treats me as they would like to be treated. So next time you are in the market for a new or used computer, have problems with a slow machine or something not working correctly, I strongly recommend Strike Twice.
